All rights to their use are reserved internationally. Only instructors who have passed their certification exam may advertise themselves as a “Certified Fighting Fit Boot Camp Instructor”. Certified Fighting Fit Boot Camp Instructors are subject to a yearly re-certification fee to be determined by the trademark owner. Failure to pay the yearly re-certification fee will result in revocation of certification and revocation of permission to use the term “Certified Fighting Fit Boot Camp Instructor” in advertisements, marketing materials, or other print or digital materials. Only active members of the Fighting Fit Boot Camp Instructor’s Association may use other Fighting Fit Boot Camp trademarks, Fighting Fit Boot Camp logos, or Fighting Fit Boot Camp servicemarks in their advertising or marketing. To be clear, certification does NOT grant any license to use the Fighting Fit Boot Camp trademarks or logos in the certified instructor’s advertising or marketing.
